Four agents (healthy or infected) evolve under a single infection reaction S + I → 2I with rate β = 0.8. One agent starts infected; the Gillespie direct method runs 10,000 independent trajectories to estimate the full joint probability P(s₁, s₂, s₃, s₄) at final time 5.0.
